This hand-printed letterpress work is one in a series by Hope McMath, using words to mark the shadow and the light felt in the closing weeks of the remarkable year that is 2020. Alice Walker’s words are a constant inspiration for Hope and a regular reminder that hope alone can feel feeble in the face of the challenges in front of us, but when combined with action can get us closer to a just world.
Each print is approx. 8″ x 10″ and comes in an acid-free 11″ x 14″ mat. There are only 10 original prints in this edition. Purchases of this print support the work of Yellow House.
