Join us for this FREE day of art, storytelling, cultural activities, and story sharing inspired by the exhibition Home: The Stories of Arab Immigrant and Refugee Women. On this final weekend of the show, meet the artists, create your own artwork, try food from the Middle East, and go home with a henna tattoo.
It is a day for all ages and a time to celebrate Arab cultures, lift up immigrants and refugees in our community, and reflect on how we individually and collectively create HOME for ourselves and our neighbors…no matter where they live.
The event runs from 11am-2pm. The day is free for all, but donations will be joyfully accepted to further the work of Artugee, the Florida Immigrant Coalition, and Yellow House.
