This hand-printed letterpress work is one in a series by Hope McMath, using words to mark the shadow and the light felt in the closing weeks of the remarkable year that is 2020. These words have been important markers as Hope retools her life and practice during a time of self care, deep learning, creativity, and planning for a new and uncertain future. We must first reflect on our past, reckon with its truths, repair/heal the fissures, and reimagine what can be.
Each print is approx. 8″ x 10″ and comes in an acid-free 11″ x 14″ mat. There are only 10 original prints in this edition. Purchases of this print support the work of Yellow House.
