Join us as we celebrate artists Princess Simpson Rashid and Keith Doles and say goodbye to “Life Under Construction” and are reminded of the power of abstract painting to convey stories of healing, strength, beauty, and community. This exhibition has served as a backdrop for classes, conversations, community activism, and intimate engagement around topics that matter. If you haven’t seen the show, this is your last chance. If you want to commemorate the contributions of Black artists to our community this is a brilliant way to do so. If you have seen it before, bring a friend and enjoy an evening with face-to-face time with two of our region’s finest artists.
The reception is free and will include light refreshments.
